Anniversary Preorder – Mushroom Adobo & Garlic Rice (Gluten-free/Vegan)

Pickup will be on Monday, Oct. 9 from 6-9 p.m. at Thai Time.

Oyster mushroom adobo is a tart and garlicky stew served with garlic rice. It is made with locally sourced oyster mushrooms from Green Yams and cooked in tamari, garlic, onions, vinegar, and bay leaf. This dish is gluten-free and vegan.

Orders are nonrefundable. If you don’t pick up your preorder, there are no refunds.
